As part of the me & my BIG ideas design team I got a choice of one of theCreate 365™ The Happy Planner™ boxed planner kits they offer. Squeal!!! Without hesitating, I chose the Recipe Planner! I have a folder full of 20+ years of recipes, some tried and true favorites and I had been planning on purchasing the planner to try to organize the multitudes I’ve collected. Some passed down from dear loved one, some printed off the computer, torn out of magazines, some on Pinterest, some in cookbooks, some taped inside kitchen cupboard doors. You get the picture. This is already making my life so much more fun and it feels good to get this project started!
Let me tell you what I’m loving about the mambi Recipe Planner. First and foremost… it’s adorable, stylish and full of great quotes and graphics! Second, I LOVE that the pages are easily removed so that I can write on a flat surface, rearrange pages, photocopy if needed and decorate! There is a generous amount of room to write and options if you should run out of room (pop in a not with more info).
How fun is that???
So I’ve begun my journey, one recipe at a time. I’m thinking I’ll print little photos to add to the pages as I make the recipes. Plus, I have a lot of fun ideas to use this planner! Be sure to follow my blog so you can follow along with this series of posts! I’d love to hear your tips on creating your own recipe collection. Box or binder? Recipe cards? Folder? How do you do?
