Y’all it’s just four weeks until Turkey Day! I’ve already started thinking towards Thanksgiving – collecting my recipes and gearing up for the food festival that happens each November. Truly, I am so grateful and looking forward to a four day weekend (says the girl that hasn’t had a vacay in years – literally). Besides that, we break out the pretty plates, real napkins, crystal and feast like kings for a few days!
In preparation for our Thanksgiving plans, I’ve teamed up with the DIY genius, Amy at Delineate Your Dwelling, to create a fun tote bag you can take to the market for shopping or use to send home leftovers with your guests. I designed the printable menu for the bag, a hand-lettered version of my own Thanksgiving fare and Amy is sharing how to DIY the iron-on transfer and the steps to creating a trendy leather tassel accent. We’ve created the design in three color options and I’ve also got a file you can use to cut out with your digital cutting machine if you’d like to cut out “Thanksgiving” in my hand-lettered brush script to use it for another project. Just email me and a I’ll add you to my mailing list and send you the file!
The files are created in reverse, so no flipping required. You can download the print-ready files here:
My menu, which has been pretty much the same for nearly 15 years, is traditional with a bit of flair. If you’d like to try any of the recipes, I’ve created a Pinterest board you can visit to create a similar menu.
